The view from about a thousand meters above Kotor, beyond the serpentine road, is overwhelming.

Travel Information

The serpentine road is narrow, with hardly any passing traffic possible. The asphalt is worn and brittle, the parapet broken away in many places.
Neither direction can be recommended.
The long way via Cetinje is a better alternative. Some serpentines on the road from Cetinje towards Kotor have become obsolete by a new tunnel.
