For nightshots , use a stable tripod, leave the ISO low and choose longer exposures and even f9-11, So you get nice Lightstars and the water get flat.

Travel Information

My experience is, that you you have to be careful where are you going to in Rotterdam. Especially with a german numberplate. Nothing against the people from Rotterdam but in some quarters are more or less guys who wants to sell , lets say , not 100% legal stuff. And if you don`t want this, stay calm and kind and leave with a nice smile. :-))
