If you are travelling along the west coast of New Zealand you may well stay in Hokitika, a delightful coastal town. It is noted for its central clock tower which shows well at the blue hour, a technique I really enjoy.

Photography Tips

Shoot from the SE corner as it gives the best background. Use a tripod, remote shutter release and small aperture for the burst effect on the lights.
