Tasman River flood plain New Zealand

On Highway 80 heading north towards the southern boundary of Aoraki Mount Cook National Park with Mount Cook on the horizon on the left. This is a beautiful drive that terminates at the Hermitage Hotel and Aoraki Mount Cook Village which are an excellent bases for exploration of the area which includes the Tasman Glacier, Lake and terminal moraine. Photography opportunities are boundless.
