Odda is a small town at the inner end of Sørfjord, a branch of the beautiful Hardangerfjord.
Odda is below the Folgefonna glacier. Nearby is the mountain town of Røldal, the 'power station' of Tyssedal, and the settlement of Skare, all destinations with great opportunities.

Photography Tips

My favorite time to come here is at the blue hour. Especially when the city lights are switched on and the fjord's water has calmed down. You´ll need a tripod, and I recommend a wide-angle lens to capture the entire village or a tele zoom lens to get close-up shots!

Travel Information

Parking is close by and free of charge. Don´t try to park overnight and sleep in your car since people are checking the cars in the evening. Multiple Restaurants and grocery stores can be reached within minutes.
