As one of the highest peaks in the region, the Grytetippen offers unbeatable views with a 360 degrees panoramic view. Especially the views into the stretching fjords north as well as the western peninsula with the peaks of Segle and Hesten are simply stunning.

Check the actual local drone regulations before flying. Make sure to place a person in the frame to create that adventurous emotion as well as showing the sheer massive landscape in scale.

Travel Information

There is a small parking close to the trail head. The trail itself is strenuous due to the continuous steep way up. At the settle the hiking trail splits to either hike Grytetippen or Keipen summit. Both are worth it. If you cover both summits, it's going to be around 1.050m in height.
