The Hesten is one of the best viewpoints to marvel the mighty Segla. However, also facing north will give you quite a view with the chance of witnessing the midnight sun.

When freezing motion, use a fast shutter speed. Drones support burst modes which comes in handy here.

Travel Information

There is two trails to the Hesten. One leads you though the ridge, the other will lead you along the very steep edge of the cliff-face. Decide on the way in dependency how sure footed you are as well as how much you are okay with vertigo. The parking is at the nearby school at the village. It will cost money to park there.
