Norway Lakes at Dronningruta

The Dronningruta hike is a beautiful loop around the villages of Stø and Nyksund. You have a shoreline section and a very alpine mountain section. The shorelines are quite easy but wild. The path is small and offers beautifully calm views. The further you go, the closer you get to the mountains which has many lakes to their foothills.

Photography Tips

Get the drone in a position so that the light creates beautiful rays along the edges of the surrounding mountains.

Travel Information

Parking is for free in the village of Stø. If youre starting the hike from there and go for the shorelines, it's quite simply, yet can be muddy. Take waterproof shoes.
