Shadows and light can be quite harsh here. I would wait till the light gets a bit softer, so the dynamic range is not pushed to hard. Otherwise, a bracketing helps recovering the very shadowy areas.

Travel Information

The hike to Matinden is a quite beautiful one. First, you walk up through a forest until you reach a rocky moraine. After that, the plateaus being quite gentle. Parking at the parking lot is for free. To reach this spot, It's around 370m of elevation on a distance of 3km.
