Segla Norway

This is one of the most hiked locations on the Senja island in Northern Norway. It's a beautiful peninsula with 2 fjords on both sides. During the summer months this spot might get very crowded but Autumn and spring are the best times if you want to avoid having people in your photos. This photo is taken from 2/3 way to the top.
Thank you very much for your suggested change. We will check it as soon as possible and update this spot.

Travel information

You need a car to get here. Fjordgård and Segla are located on the north side of Senja. If you come from Finnsnes and over the bridge so you have to turn right towards Gibostad.

When you come to Gibostad so you must turn left towards Fjordgård. So just follow the road until you come to the sign Fjordgård (the sign is on the right side). You will go through some tunnels before you arrive. After the last tunnel take a hard left and drive 100 meters to a parking lot. The route starts from there. It takes about 2-2,5 hours to get to the top and 1-1,5 to get down.
