Walking on the Baltoro Glacier is an unforgettable experience. We must divide our field of vision in half. The lower half is not the most pleasant. A mineral world, with rocks and ice, making for uncomfortable walking and leaving a lot of litter. The reward lies in the upper half, with majestic mountains that defy gravity, made of ridges and vertical lines. Everything is imposing, inspiring awe.
