The hike up to Lake Churup is versatile. It goes through various developed trails, to quite slippery climbing passages on the trail along great views of nearby mountains, snowpacks and waterfalls.

Travel Information

Caution is advised in the passages where climbing is required. Suitable equipment should be worn! Parking is very easy to reach by car or taxi. If so, arrange a pickup for the way back. Hike is one way 6km, and 650m altitude up to 4550m in total.
