Sitio das Fontes is a recreation area at bay of the river Arade north of Estombar, Algarve. Besides the beautiful river scenery an old mill powered by the tides is one of the main attractions.

The site is always worth a visit, but light is at its best shortly before sunset.

Travel Information

Take the road from Estomar in direction of Silves. The site is sign-posted a few kilometers north of Estombar (after crossing the highway A 22).
