Portugal Miradouro de São Cristovão

One of the most beautiful viewpoints of Madeira, easily accessible in the north of the island. There is a restaurant and a small bar from which you have this impressive view.

You are looking east here, so during summer you will be able to shoot a sunrise above the ocean here. Ideal view ist directly from the bar.

Parking ist available at the restaurant, but it is all private and you have to either drink something at the bar or eat at the restaurant. I can highly recommend both. Sitting at the bar with that impressive view can easily cost you an hour or two, because it is so beautiful. The restaurant is great as well! Visiting in the morning makes sure you get a good parking spot. From noon onwards, it can be tricky.
