The Farol da Ponta do Pargo is located on the westernmost tip of the island. It offers a dramatic blend of maritime history and raw, natural power. Sitting at an elevation of 300m it is the highest lighthouse in Portugal.

You can get there by car. There are some parking spaces next to the lighthouse. In order to get this exact composition you will need to walk back towards the tunnel from where you came from.
