Sa Calobra Road (Ma-2141) is one of Mallorca’s most spectacular and iconic scenic drives. Located in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, the road descends from Coll dels Reis to the picturesque coastal village and cove of Sa Calobra, passing through stunning mountain landscapes, dramatic cliffs, and deep ravines. Spanning approximately 12-13 kilometers, it is renowned for its numerous hairpin bends and the famous“Nus de sa Corbata” (Tie Knot), a remarkable 270-degree curve where the road loops beneath itself. Designed by engineer Antonio Parietti and completed in the 1930s, the route is widely regarded as a masterpiece of road engineering and a must-see attraction for drivers, motorcyclists, and cyclists visiting Mallorca.
