The pack ice north of the 12nm zone of Svalbard is a magical place and one of its kind!

Photography Tips

Nothing to add. Several lenses will create several compositions. Personally, I love to take as much in the frame as possible to have the chance to show the sheer endless ice shards.

Travel Information

In dependency of the time of the year, the pack ice will move further north. The later the summer season, the further north the pack ice will be. This will need a multi-day cruise to reach. However, taking that effort is well worth it.
