Stadion (Underground Station) Sweden

This station is called „Stadion“ and is located on the red line of Stockholm's metro system. The blue ceiling with the vivid rainbow makes it one of the most famous stations. It was planned by architect Michael Granit and designed by the artists Enno Hallek and Åke Parallarp. The station opened in 1973.
Stockholm’s metro is the world’s longest art exhibition, because nearly all of its 100 stations are designed by artists. So buying a ticket for public transport is like buying a ticket for a museum.
