The "Kleine Scheidegg" is the upper Station of the "Wengeralpbahn" and bottom staion for the "Jungfraubahn", both narrow gauge rach railways. It is located in 2.061 m above sea level.
The "Jungfraubahn" goes up to "Jungfraujoch".
From there you have a perfect view to the famous three mountains "Eiger", "Mönch" (Monk) an "Jungfrau" (Virgin). Look for the three further spots I created to see what traveling with the "Jungrafubahn" is about.

Photography Tips

There are no special photography tips to be given - to take pictures of landscapes is not too difficult. But be aware that you are in high mountains. You must have sunglasses, sun protection for your skin, good shoes an good clothing. It is always windy up there an much colder than in the valleyes.

Travel Information

The only way to get up to "Kleine Scheidegg" is to use the "Wengeralpbahn" either from "Grindelwald" or from "Lauterbrunnen". There are no motor vehicles allowed up there!
