Switzerland Trockener Steg

Trockener Steg is a station on the way to Klein Matterhorn. It is on nearly 3000m altitude situated at the foot of Matterhorn. There is a glacier trail which offers a great view of „Hörnlihütte“ the base camp for the climbers of Matterhorn. This area gives you a good idea of the harsh conditions of the high alpine mountains around Zermatt. The views are impressive.
