Just underneath the Hohberg plateau there are some trees growing out of a steep wall of rocks. Pretty amazing they can survive in this rough environment.

Travel Information
Bus or car to Iffigenalp (single track road, you can drive up during 15 minutes every hour, check times), from there hike up Iffigental until you get to an alp hut on around 1740m, then turn right and follow the steep path to „Hohberg“. Roughly an hour and a half from Iffigenalp to this spot. Decent hiking boots essential, headlamp if you stay for sunset. Don‘t go there if you don‘t have alpine experience.
