Nice winter scenery with many untouched areas (as there are no ski slopes at this end of the alp). After some decent snowfall you can experience a winter wonderland and great panoramic views of the alps.

Travel Information

Cable car from Flüelen to Eggberge, then snow shoes (2-3 hours, 400m climb, tough at times). From this spot you can continue to Ruogig or Biel and take the cable car down again.
