The Glenfinnian Viaduct especially became popular through the Harry Potter movies when Harry and his friends take the train to Hogwarts. Nevertheless the viaduct itself is stunning and even more when the Jacobite Steam Train passes it at 10:45 am.

Right behind the official carpark is a scond one where the road leading to the viaduct starts. This road is private so you have to park at the carpark and walk the road to the viaduct. The walk itself doesn't take longer than maybe 5 minutes. Right before the viaduct you have to take a small way uphill which leads under the viaduct with a small gate. Pass this gate and follow the track to find the right angle.
