The Steall Falls are the second highest waterfalls in Scotland. But not the waterfall alone is stunning and makes this place worth to visit, the whole walk itself is a great experience to get in touch with Scotland's beautiful nature.
This place has also been a location for the movie "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire".

Travel Information

You should travel from Fort William by car and drive to the very end of the road up Glen Nevis. The last part of the road is a single track road and seems to lead into nowhere, but keep on until you reach a small car park (which is free of charge). This is the starting point for your walk.
The walk itself covers around 4 km of distance, takes about 2 hours and is quite rough. You should wear proper footwear to cross small waterfalls and wet stones as well as a backpack with some drinks and food.
This place has a lot of interesting things to explore so you should think about staying there a few hours.
