Glasgow Botanic Gardens were created back in 1870 and are still impressive. The flowers from all over the world are nice and the old building itself is stunning as well. They are not far away from the University of Glasgow and should definitely be taken along.

Travel information

The entrance to the gardens is free and parking should not be a big problem as there are a lot of small streets nearby with parking spots. The location where I left my car is marked in the map as an example.
