This spot is perfect for sunset shootings. If you are lucky with the weather you can get a nice dramatic sky. Also including the local church in the composition gives a nice foreground. Look up the ferry schedule in advance. Depending on sunset time and ferry schedule you can also include the arriving ferry in your picture.

Travel Information

Follow the road from Uig to Fairy Glen. Just stop at the first bend. You can park next to the road.
