USA Nevada Northern Railway Workshops

The living museum of the Nevada Northern Railway at Ely includes the building with the machine shop and the enginehouse. It can be visited. Heavy repairs are carried out on locomotives in the engine shop. Almost all the engines from the beginning to the middle of the last century are still used today to make and repair of spare parts.

From the museum entry and ticket sale you have to walk along the railway track and cross the track.
