This location is at the exclusive Pebble Beach Club House. There is a marked path on the asphalt from the parking area to the pier.

Photography Tips

I was there when the tide was coming in fast. Come when the tide is going out. You have to shimmy along the cement side to get back to the rocks during high tide.
