Pfeiffer Beach Sea Cave USA

The Pheiffer beach sea cave in mid December turns orange at sunset, many photographers know of this. Get here early as there is extremely limited parking. It isn't a bad place to spend an extended amount of time. After all, it is a beach :)

Travel information

Fly into San Francisco, head south to Carmel, from there head south to the town of Big Sur. Watch for the Pheiffer Beach sign. You can also come up through the south from San Luis Obispo and drive the whole Big Sur Coast, you will be happy you did.
