It take a short but steep hike to get here, it is not on maps. There is scrambling to be done, my son made a fine sherpa on my first trip, sure missed him on the second.

Photography Tips

Take the widest lens you have, this is a stitched image with a wide angle lens. I hope to return to shoot this with the possibility of getting lightning during the monsoon season.

Travel Information

From Moab Utah, head north for about 20 miles, watch for Canyonlands NP sign, turn left, go to Visitors Center for exact directions, they will reluctantly give them to you.
