Vietnam My Nghiep Cham Brocade Weaving Village

My Nghiep is the ancient traditional brocade weaving village of the Cham ethnic group in Ninh Thuan, famous for its hand-loomed textiles crafted over centuries. Inside rustic earthen houses, Cham artisans weave intricate, brightly colored brocades using traditional wooden frames and spinning wheels. The highlight for photographers is capturing the dramatic rays of sunlight (god rays) streaming through small, barred wooden windows into the dimly lit workshops.
