Normally this water is a trickle as the mountains are made of limestone where the water normally seep away.

Photography Tips

If you want to have sun there, try to be there around lunch time as the valley is north - south directed.
To have enough water there, go direct after a time of heavy rainfalls, otherwise you will probably see no water there.

Shortest access is to park at Vomperberg - guest house Karwendelrast and walk about 3 hours to that place.
