While visiting the Austrian Alps, we also hiked up to the beautiful Dolomites hut. In winter, there is no way to drive up so you have to park down.

Photography Tips

You can find nice compositions with the hut and the mountains in the back. A wider angle is necessary to also capture a person in the front, but not too wide. For nice close ups of the mountain peaks you can take a tele lense

Travel Information

In winter, park at the Gasthaus Kreithof and hike 1-1,5 h up to the hut. Have a nice tea or coffee after your hike :)
