Austria Achensee

Nice lake in the Tyrol region. The lake color can vary from turquoise to greenish.

Check local drone regulations first. You might need to obtain a permit from the local authorities. Do not fly over houses or people. You can do a panorama to get the entirety of the lake in your frame.

From Innsbruck, take the A12 motorway towards Kufstein and exit at Wiesing/Achensee. Follow the B181 towards Maurach, then continue to Pertisau or another village along the lake. I stopped in hausern to get enough space to get the lake in one frame.

You can either park around the lake or in the small roads connecting houses. make sure you're not blocking or disturbing traffic.
