A beautiful 70m waterfall in National Park of Cévennes.

Photography Tips

The colors of autumn make the waterfall pop even more. In winter, there is almost no water in the waterfall so I wouldn't advise going there. Aim for a cloudy day to avoid unwanted dark shadows. The waterfall is between hills so sunrise/sunset wouldn't be the best as it would create harsh shadows.

Travel Information

From Florac-Trois-Rivière (France), take D998 and then C-4 (Small road) to Rûnes. At Rûnes, turn right on D35. Follow D35 on 350m then on the right you have an entry road (Not much visible) to the parking. From the parking there is a pedestrian trail. Follow it on 800m to reach the waterfall.
Bring sturdy shoes and water.
