The bay in front of the small harbor of Fredvang is a stunning place to see the out- and incoming fishing boats when they get the cod fish out of the fjords. Framed by steep mountains, this area offers great chances for photography.

Photography Tips

Be careful with the winds out there when flying the drone and always check for the local drone regulations before flying. Get on a high speed shutter in order to have crisp images. If there are breakings in the clouds, make sure to place the darker boats in the light reflections to get it contrasty.

You can just simply park your car in the parking lots at the beach and keep an eye open for the boats to come in and out.
