As soon as you cross the long awaited pass to Kvalvika beach, you will be rewarded with amazing views on the towering Ryten and mountains around before you actually see the beach.

Photography Tips

A trinity is key here. Try to get all 3 elements into the frame: A soft foreground, the mountain which shows scale and the ocean to give a proper background to your adventure object, hence you need a person to create that.

Travel Information

Parking is very limited at this parking lot. Make sure to be there early or late to avoid crowds. The hike is fairly easy. It will take you around 1hour to get to the pass in winter - summer probably a bit shorter in time.
