In the past years, more ice broke out of the glacier at the north eastern end which created an absolute fascinating bay with melt and fresh water.

Try to separate the different waters divided by the ice (if still there - as of summer 2025). If there's different water colors, this. makes an unreal scene.

Travel Information

You would need to book yourself a multi-day expedition cruise to reach a location like this. This is in the remote areas of Svalbard, hence most likely only doable in summer or early autumn season.
