Although this is a pretty famous spot to shoot Big Ben from, this is for inspiration to try out a long exposure not at night as everyone does, but during the day when one of London's unique buses drives by.
Photography Tips
Use an ND filter and a tripod and wait for Golden Hour to get the nice soft light. Then go for a shutter speed of around 1/2, but play around as it depends on how fast the buses are driving.
