Under Canvas Zion is a unique and beautiful experience. About a 30 minute drive to the park, it’s not the most convenient place to stay, but it’s easily the most beautiful. We stayed in the star gazer tent and were lucky to have cloudless skies every night.

Photography Tips

Set your camera to manual mode, use a tripod, and find a location with dark skies away from light pollution. Dial in manual focus, set your aperture to its widest setting (F2.8 or wider) use a high ISO (3200-6400), and a long exposure time of 15-30 seconds.
